Yup...I guess I didn’t answer fully. I use the native workout app, but track
everything in Apple Health. Even use a Euphy scale that tells you everything about your body and syncs with Apple Health. Pretty slick.

I use Pedometer++. It's not great, but at least tracks my steps.
