Most people don't know how to train & control their dog. It takes a lot of time
and patience, especially up front. A lot of people put their animal in situations they shouldn't and suddenly act surprised when their dog poops/bites/barks when "they haven't ever done that before". Probably true but they also haven't ever been in that situation before either.
There should be fewer certifications for dogs and more for dog owners.
