Yes Dylan is excellent and one of the GOATS, I didn't consider Dylan because...
to me, He's more folk rock, and not necessarily what we would classify as heavy rock and roll, like we would Zeppelin the Doors the Stones, The Who, Black Sabbath etc
To me Dylan belongs in a group of folks like Simon and Garfunkel, Crosby Stills, Nash &Young, Neil Young, Cat Stevens, James Taylor etc. Although they do rock and roll, it's just not as much American Blues and British rock, more folk rock..
