I just prefer something more simple.
I generally find Christopher Nolan movies to be a little pretentious but with that said, It’s not like it’s a bad movie. I just would rather spend 3 hours watching many other movies.
A movie to me should be entertaining, provide an escape, invoke emotion and should tell a story. To me, the movies story was too complex for me to feel much emotion in the movie or for it to provide an escape.
