Does this happen very often? In my experience, truckers usually pull right when

someone is behind them. I know that's not universal but I can't remember very many situations where a side-by-side roadblock lasted for longer than a minute or so until the truck on the left passed the other, and then pulled back to the right. Maybe my memory is too rosy on this 😉
