I live in Oregon (no sales tax), but if I buy a car in Utah do I pay sales tax?

I thought if I show OR driver’s license then I do not. Mr Google hasn’t been quite as helpful for me in my brief queries

Yes. When you register the car in Utah you pay the difference between Utah sales tax and any smaller amount (like $0)
