I don't think there are any in Utah yet. But not sure. They're coming though.
As long as the proposed wilderness highway happens. Or whatever they call it. Basically an effort to create a protected corridor from Canada down to, (I swear the Yellowstone guide said Mexico but that's hard to believe...) at least Utah.
I knew there are people making backpacking versions of electric fence that you can set up around your camp since they deter bears.
