I forgot that argument for #1, but
If we don't get past the Lakers in Round 2, it won't matter.
Edit: And if we drop to 2 and the Lakers win against the Suns or Clippers to get to the Finals (which I think they would), don't the Jazz still get home court advantage in the finals?
