the sentimentality of kicking off the Kalani Sitake era. It was close and exciting. The 2016 win did come during the Rich Rodriguez era when AZ was much better than they were in the Kevin Sumlin era.

However, Arizona ended up being terrible that year (3-9) in 2016. Arizona is not a prestigious name in football wins like some other P5 teams are.

If we want to have a Kalani sentimental win in the top 10, then 2019 over Boise State is a much better choice. That was perhaps a job-saving win for Kalani. Not-to-mention Boise is a bigger rival than AZ is.

A number of the other honorable mention games should displace this one in the top 10. 2020-Houston, as mentioned above 2019 BSU, 2016 at Michigan St., 2016 Mississippi St. (over Dan Mullen) were all better. Not even sure if 2016 AZ is an honorable mention game in the independence era.
