BSU can NOT be ahead of those P5 Powers. In fact....
I consider defeating Georgia Tech twice and Houston 3 times far more of an accomplishment since three of those 5 games were on the road. Now, defeating BSU in Boise was pretty good, but that's to me the only Boysenberry State victory that matters much. Also the 3-7 record vs BSU could have just as easily been 7-3 in BYU's favor given the closeness of the games. i think BYU fans put far too much stock in BSU as a power than they should. If you look historically at BSU it plays on average 2.3 P5 teams a year, and BYU plays close to 5 on average. Furthermore BYU's p5 Opponents tend on average to rank highly in their leagues or at least rank as traditional powers from time to time (teams that have won NC's in the past 40 years. You all get twitterpated over BSU beating Oklahoma by one point in a Fiesta Bowl. News Flash, Oklahoma and their arch rivals Texas, Nebraska and Texas A&M are lifetime 2-10 vs BYU. Yes you read that right, 2-10 since the late '80's. BYU's two victories vs Oklahoma were 31-6 and 14-13. Texas' only victory in five tries against BYU was at home, in Austin, by one point when they scored the go ahead TD with about 3 minutes left in the game (17-16). BYU's other scores vs Texas were 23-17 in Austin, 47-6 in Provo, 40-21 in Provo and 41-7 in Austin. Someone show me ANY Boysenberry State score4 in which it hammered one of College Football's blue bloods by more than a TD?

Yeah that's what I thought. Those of you with cousins and relatives in Southern Idaho need to stop thinking that BSU is on the same level as BYU. Legitimate powers do not need to paint their fields blue.
