Depends on how risk averse you are. The company is very large and stable and you have worked there for years and have
had great managers and good experiences. It may not pay as well as some other companies or contracting, but it has always been easy to work with and you've never had to worry about job stability. There are loads of opportunities internally and you can always move around if necessary.
