When I was about 25, I got one of those really painful internal nose zits/ingrown nostril hairs. It was causing me enough annoyance, that I decided to try and 'pop it' even though it was inside my nostril. I had no idea if it would be successful but I thought I'd give it a try.

I'm staring in the mirror trying to get the right amount of pressure on it from the outside of my nose - squeezing pretty hard when suddenly it 'popped'. But instead of popping inside my nostril, the ingrown hair pops out the top of my nose! It must have shot through a pore or something? (Maybe a CB dermatologist knows what happened?)

It was really crazy/gross/amazing.
