I don't know, man, but I also don't know how she survives on moss and grass that would be covered up by snow.
I've been on that road many times, there are always people going up there. I could see her hiking out for a bit and hitching a ride with somebody.
What I do know is you can't live for 5 months over the winter up there without food more than moss and grass. I don't know how she did it, and the thing that makes the most sense is she didn't stay the whole time.
