There can be a pretty big jump in distance of courses from high school to
college golf. Some of the junior golf tours will play tees farther back to help evaluate the golfers at a more consistent standard to what college will look like.
Most college golfers can absolutely bomb the ball. Doesn’t mean that’s always the strategy but I play frequently with 3 current D1 college golfers and they just smash it when they want...pretty impressive IMO

Anyone know which tees high school boys play from (Utah)? I was told it depends on the course. True? If so, then what

It’s typically the blue tees (2nd from back). If there’s only 3 tees I think they play blue & not white. 6600 is
