Yesterday was some weird arguments by Apple. Although Epics whole Fortnite “metaverse” thing is strange. At least they are consistent 🤷‍♂️. Still Apple was arguing that Roblox isn’t a game.

Epic had some strong arguments against that. It prompted statements/questions by the judge. One in particular was Apple approving apps with malicious code. (It happens a lot.)

She said about Apple “One of my concerns is that if you aren’t letting parties compete on these topics, things won’t improve.”

I honestly think this case will get appealed all then way to the Supreme Court. I honestly don’t know which way it’s going but to me it’s clear some at Apple thought they had an easy win here.
