Thank you. Sounds like a question of business model. Is App Store a boutique
or a bazaar?
If it’s a bazaar then vendors can collect funds and sell items individually. Boutiques usually allow vendors to post items for sale but all transactions go through the owner.
That’s my very simplified understanding. I’m sure it goes well beyond that.
