Bad news for those wanting to build a home. Talked with a Tooele County
appraiser yesterday and he said it is rare today for a newly built home to be appraised at the value of the lot and construction. Don’t know if this is limited to Tooele County or not (I hope so). This is all such madness. 🙁 🙁 🙁
