$424,000 on zillow, and I'm sure I probably would only get 75% of that for it. But zillow is predicting another 10% thru the end of the year.

Also, zillow doesn't know that we've added a 3/4 bath and actually have 5 bedrooms (basement is finished), not 3. So, potentially, even it could be worth more.

I just don't know when i want to pull the trigger to sell it. I'm interested to see how many vote E or F because that's not what I'm hearing.
