I just finished reading the book on Deflation "The price of Tomorrow". If that happens and your home were to drop 10-20% a year, what would you do? We have only mostly know inflation in this country for a century. Yes we have had a couple of major hickups, but no a depression. But this author thinks that deflation is the key to an abundant life through technology, not banking trickes by the Fed.
