My last home, my ZEstimate was $460k and I sold
For $520k. 13-14% low.
My current home is at 700k, but a smaller home than mine just went under contract in 3 days listed at $725k...so i am guessing it will sell fir 750 or so.
so I’m guessing it’s at least 7-10% low currently for me, maybe more...long story short...it has always been consistently low in my personal experience.
