We pay a guy to come and cut our dogs nails. It is about $25 and we do it once a month or so.
He said he has over 2,000 active customers per month and many with multiples pets. I think they do cats, dogs, and birds.
Hardly any startup costs but a few tools and a dremmel. They are insanely busy and make a killing.

I haven't come up with an idea yet that would be as lucrative as simply committing more time to my primary job.
