person manning the register, taking 5 minutes a customer with 10 people in line and one person making the food. And they completely ignore the drive thru window with no sign or anything. We spent 20 minutes in the drive thru before giving up and going inside. Once we finally ordered it was another 45 minutes to get our food. They got fantastic meat there and great sauces but their sides are awful and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen.
