Actually rents would be higher. Go compare other college towns that have 65k
Students. Or just look at the rents of the non BYU approved, they are getting very expensive
Some in Orem are more than house payments

Yes. And BYU has a heart just not the approved housing private landlords. BYU housing prorated & refunded rent.
