its the first appointment of the day at 8:30. We've never been late but they've never brought him back for his treatment before 9am.

I asked the Dr why they schedule the appointment for 8:30 when they never see patients before 9am. Every few weeks it goes as late as 9:30 or 9:45. He said "because our staff meeting ends at 8:30 but we almost always run long"

If there were any other doctors in the area that specialized in this treatment we would leave in a heartbeat, but they know you don't have anywhere to go.
