just physicians not caring about people's time.

Maybe the frustration is with those physicians who nearly always run behind- that indicates bad scheduling and a lack of respect for patients. It's always nice to see a physician that works to stay on schedule, and I assume that most physicians actually want to take time to provide good care. Sometimes the bad scheduling can be caused not by the physician, but by the administrators behind the scenes who don't understand what the physicians actually need to do.
