So it's more than possible that I was simply not aware of how many more calories I was eating before January. It doesn't "feel" like my caloric intake has reduced drastically enough to account for 2lb a week. I mean, that's a thousand calories a DAY. If I've inadvertently foregone a thousand calories a day, if sure like to know HOW. 😆
So yes, I agree with Joe that it's likely a combination of factors, but I can't think metabolic rate isn't one of them.
