There was no damage to their car and they didn't want to call the cops. There is damage to his car including the hood being bent etc. He left the next day for National Guard in Indiana. He comes back in a couple weeks and then we will get it fixed, how does it work with insurance. do we just submit the claim on our end. that there was no damage to the other car and they didn't file a police report?
