Lines downstream not fed, grass browns. Only 5-10 minutes to locate, dig, fix.

In 8 years, only had to fix maybe 5 times. You'll get that with regular sprinklers.

Temps get into 20's, but ground doesn't freeze. System does have a clean out

Not difficult at all. Water pools in problem areas. 5 minutes to locate
