Salaries were stagnant for quite a while but have increased drastically over the
last 3 years. Starting was $160k when I started about 10 years ago. Being in-house now, we have to adjust our salaries as well--hard to hire really good firm talent on the cheap when they're making $250k+ in base + $100k+ in bonus.
