They shouldn’t, they’re virtually guaranteed to get into the playoff every year
with the new format. They’ve been left out more than any other conference since the CFP started (at least I think, just going off memory).

Sure they'll get in every year, but they'll only get one spot. Meanwhile the SEC and gets 4, the B1G/ACC/B12 2-3.
