I LOVE ours. It's my wife's family's. It has no cell service. We just have some 4 wheelers that we can ride around on some state forest lands, a creek, and not much else. It has everything you need, but isn't a mansion in the woods. I absolutely love going. I'm content reading and sitting by the fire in the evenings.
