When I was a kid the BYU lettering was white with blue trim, but for a season or two they flipped it to blue with white trim. When Nike introduced new uniforms and logos in 1999, they put a Cougar head emblem in one of the end zones. That lasted for a while.

For the Pigskin Classic against A&M in 96 and the BCA Classic against Tulane in 01 we painted the opponent's wordmark in one of the endzones and had a special midfield logo. Stuff like that.

I don't believe we ever had a permanent midfield logo before Bronco became the coach.
