Are we positive they didn’t? When watching it live I swear I saw at some point his body tense up like he had been shocked. Not sure how long it was up to that point, but I definitely saw that (or think I did).

They did use it. On the broadcast you could see his body go stiff then limp more than once. (Correction below)
