Whenever we had a departmental party, he'd pull in his large charcoal grills (for group BBQs that he did on the side). A few of us on the team helped out with the grilling. He had an awesome chimichurri recipe, and so we would always have deliciously marinated beef, pork and chicken. Man, I miss that.
