I'm quitting because the parent company doesn't care about people, has no cultur
is impossible to get anything done, is severely micromanaged, overworks its people to death, and then criticizes you if you don't get it all done.

This is good long term. Will force employers to adapt to get the best employees. Short term gonna be some pains.
