True. But he can be 6’2 220 running a 4.4 and spend countless
Hours on route running and catching balls. That player can be an all-American the next day on a good team or still get drafted number 1

Sure stats are affected but his ceiling is often not capped.

It’s not the case from what I’ve seen in soccer... and it’s why youth national teams are composed of the kids from the same 5-10 clubs or same 5-10 cites.

Ie you can be taysom hill from Pocatello in football, baseball, etc.. but not in soccer
