Don't sleep on the Sun Belt.
They aren't a threat to the top six conferences but I fully expect them to become the seventh strongest league within the next decade.
1. SEC

Will fight it out over the next decade for 3-6

Out of everyone else, the Sun Belt has much better long term prospects than the MWC, MAC, or Conference USA.
