Some of those look a little high. This is how I'd rate them:
Specifically, at Baylor and at USC, but all those stronger teams. I agree with your assessment on the weaker teams. I think they've got a slightly higher chance of winning at USU than you do, in fact.

I think this is the year we beat Utah. I think we lose one odd easy game and get killed by USC and Baylor and Virginia.
