It's not the chip shortage, it's the timing. There was a period of time after the reveal and the chip shortage where
they could produce thousands of Bronco Sports, but the full size wasn't ready yet. They were STILL doing factory testing in Moab/Mojave/etc.
The timing is on them. Full size should have been released first.
