Devin Kaufusi has gained over 50 pounds since he left BYU and now plays DT
At BYU, he was an ineffective DE/LB and shouldn't have seen the field. The extra weight gained in the CoVid year and the position change should help him see the field, but I haven't seen many effective 6'7" DTs. He probably needs to get to 320-330 pounds to not be pushed around. He's under 300 pounds now.
He's from the 2015 class and is only a junior this season.

BYU tried to get him to gain weight and he couldn't. Hmmm. Wonder what has changed? Any guesses? Anyone?
