Friend is successful podiatrist. Been at it 30+ years
The two things I listed are his big to-do's. He doesn't recommend spending money for this on expensive inserts or podiatrists.
His biggest thing is the stretch time. 2-3 minutes. Is he right? I'm not sure I trust any doctor fully, but he scored points by saying don't go to a podiatrist for this
