Had a patient gift me a bunch of raw tuna that he caught 2 days ago…

I love fish/tuna but have no experience cooking with it. What should I do? Any ideas?

I'd have some tuna steaks, lightly seared in butter, garlic, salt & pepper, and maybe a little soy sauce.
