Just like 2019, the pieces are there for Utah but it all comes down to QB play and quality of opponents
Utah can win any where from 7 - 10 games with the current lineup. But QB play will be the primary determinant.
I'm not sure the ceiling is high as it was for 2019, but it should be a solid season.
Phil started the Utah hype in 2019 with a similar preseason ranking. I suspect more and more pundits will follow suit. I can see Utah getting up to a top 20 ranking in the preseason.
