I think that the Board is all in. They're just not going to use tithing funds. But that's ok because BYU has some donors with deep pockets, Independence tv rights money has been on par with many P5s, and BYU runs a tight ship financially.

None of the huge financial investments and upgrades have happened without a green light from the Board. For a time I was doubtful about the future of BYU athletics, but not anymore.
