Dave Burns (Suns announcer) noted NBA rules require at least .3 to be run off so
They didn’t administer it correctly by only taking off .2. Obviously a .1 difference is minuscule but the refs didn’t handle it right
They might have messed it up more if Monty Williams wouldn’t have been demanding the Clippers had to put the same players back on the floor for the last .7 seconds cause it looked like Clips were going to go with a different lineup
