Fan/Athlete 'Experience' which seems to be the thing now. The permanent stands are really small and I wonder about more up to date staging and locker room areas for the athletes and, as someone mentioned, a roof over the stands would be awesome. Both A&M, where the regionals were, and Hayward Field have covered stands.
