Nice job! Only way to get in exercise is by having a set schedule. I am on a
similar health path as you. I am about the same height and have the same target weight. I do workout regularly, but food regulation is the only way to lose weight. I am following the Food Addiction program, which is essentially calorie counting along with a very balanced diet (avoiding breads, sugars), but I am not restricting my calories as much as you.
So thanks for sharing and giving me hope.
