Portion control started getting tougher for me in 2020 and I suddenly gained 10 pounds in a hurry, but I've resumed control over myself again. I think intermittent fasting caused me to learn to gorge myself. I still do intermittent fasting every day, but I no longer eat like a pig during the hours when I eat.
But I eat just about whatever I want. I don't eat cake more than a couple of times per year and I try to not drink carbonated drinks if I'm not in a restaurant, but pizza, fries, chips, are fair game.
