Tankless. Loooooong hot showers are nice. Huge tip: Make danged sure you do the
routine cleaning (usually only once a year) or you're going to be hating life. That cleaning is 100x easier if you have them install shutoff valves right below the heating unit. Mine was installed without any cutoff valves and I have to physically disconnect the inlet/outlet lines to run the cleaning system, which sucks.
