Heartbreaking Provo/Orem restaurant casualties I'm blaming on Covid
I'm compiling a list (I don't know why) of restaurants in the Provo/Orem area that seemed to be thriving before the pandemic, but nevertheless shut their doors for good in the last year.
Rimmels - Authentic German Doner place in Orem's University Place.
Sam Hawk - Korean BBQ in Provo.
Williams Dairy Bar - Excellent soft-serve ice cream in Provo.
Tacos CDMX - Okay, technically Lindon, but amazing street tacos.
These places were all excellent, and some of my absolute favorites. Breaks my heart they're gone.
Can you guys think of any others I'm missing?

I'm wondering if Sam Hawk might eventually come back. I've heard all their equipment is still there.
